No internal coordination, training cant be done due to imbalance in duty management forget about confirmation and growth even if u get the growth it will be only 5 percent salary receive time to time but appraisal chances are less internal management always finds small mistakes to terminate employee poor working environment worthless in terms of innovation difficult to find a time for family

Worst inventory management, Partiality to the pharmacy staff everything is bad
