It was good and you can work with some good and great people but most of them left.

Dislikes

1) Everything. 2) No time for personal life, they will expect you work for 24/7. 3) No job security they will fire you after their job got done without any notice. 4) No transparency and worst Hr manager poor ER skills she has no idea how to treat people just fire her simply misbehaving with employees because of her behaviour everyone leaving she is spoiling company's reputation and respect. I don't know why she threatening people she thinks it's AWESOME anyways. 5) Some people are not good so many snakes living there simply blame others and some have ego issue you should not do better than them they give useless feedback and drop your efficiency. 6) Lunch is not good you will get free worm and insects in it everyday if you are a tester you can shoot lot of bug reports at them. and sometimes it's not cooked properly so just enjoy your food and kill your health happily. 7) Lot of deductions in salary you will get disappointment only every month. 8) You can't use sick leave they will force you to change it Lop wierd.... 9) No equality full of politics can't grow professionally and they make you feel you are not part of their team simply showing hates indirectly with smile face. 10) They won't pay last month salary after you resigned and won't give documents also and spread negative comments. HR Team Management The way they treat their employees, no job security ,they can ask you to leave anytime if they do not have projects (without any prior notice) they say that they will not give the reliving letter if you wont leave by yourself. HR team is very lazy and they treat you very bad, they expect you to beg them for yourthing to get done.. Under payment some random deductions from salary which they never want to disclose. Salary will always be less than what they have mentioned. tip - If you want to negotiate on salary negotiate with In hand salary not CTC because they agree upon ctc and after 1st month you will find out in hand salary is very different from what you expect (Random deductions)...Read More

Not a very good company to start your career in. Not very professional leadership.... very haphazard administration and unreasonable management. No scope for development and little regard and adherence for Labour law's.
