Working 10 hours in a day and six days in a week is too much. Company doesn't give too much valuation to old employees in comparision with new ones

Just a namesake support on the paper but in reality managers will be pressuring you to go out and work saying medicine is available and you can treat coronavirus as a normal disease as govt is giving relaxations.

Top management decision taking which is utter flop and everybody wants to be in safe side by blaming others. Clients will be complaining you but you will be helpless as management doesn't take it serious and clients will be shouting on you. No work ethics in zunroof. Main thing is company mainly focus on sales by taking 100% paymentfrom them and when it comes to service they do not even talk with client and make them frustate by giving customer care number who doesn't even pick up calls....Read More

Management doesn't bother about you if you are not from IIT, IIM NIT etc or if you don't follow every bit of them right or wrong. Career growth also depends on above points. Company changes its policy whenever they want which is always against field engineers and if you disagaree for that then be ready for the new job search.
