Nothing. This is a bogus company which has placed hypocrites and thugs as company heads. Please don't join this company.

They do not treat employees like employees, rather people are workers over here who cannot commit mistakes, cannot have work-life balance, are very cheaply paid and are hell lot exploited. The company simply relies on favouritism. This is a company of thugs who try to pressurize employees for not resigning and also put the salary on hold, in case they understand that someone is going to leave.

My teammates are like brothers except them everything is useless in zucol services.

Hrs are not the HR actually they are puppets, actually I think they are only hired to apply deductions on the employees on senseless rules which are created by them. Tissue paper is also an issue, manager asked to the office boy that don’t provide tissues to the employee our company facing loss on purchasing the tissue. Salary is totally based on the fraud app senseless or useless login logout system. They are not treated employee as employee. They just fired any of the employe without giving any proper reason because they write this in offer letter too. Please don’t join this company. Dont join i would suggest as they dont have work to give that too fraud work completing assugnments of foreigners where they charge 1 assignment for nearly 10k 15k but while they pay u. Just come & experince the shit of this place. They wont let u work peacefully. Still they expect u to give more efforts. 60k immpossible target still they make u do it. i have worked here for one year now and left this place due to all polictics megativitiy and biasness. They made me work 70k gave me that target and always use to brag its peak period peak period.its all lie its just lean period. Some teams are getting much work where others are not. Some TLs good and old employees are only promotedand helped for earning incentives. Whereas freshers are not given any work. Theirs all politics only thse will get 200 300/- rupees incentives for which employees are dying like beggars. This orgnisation soon seems to go in vain as it seems they wont be able to pay employees and are not receving any more assignments. Still they started hiring new many employees. Didnt understood why. But ya they are lying to then also. They go to colleges and beg there for more employees abd once you get fixed here they treat you lile shit. They dont have work or peak still they expect you to be at office and not approve wfhs, still the manager expects you should ask for work by yourselves and do dummy (Zoho mail work) many a times they force you ti work on sundays too. And the job overall is very dissatisfactory which is the reason I left. Now i have my glow back, its just exhausting job for 17k. For incentives of 1k on 17k if u go regularly to offce you'll earn 1k wow....I wrote so many assugnments jn this one year.and just 1120 is incentive for 73k wordcount. And HR said that they only issue offer letter after 2 months of working .....hell..... Avoid working here and please do not trust this company. There is no work life balance, you get paid very very less and have to work even on Sundays and after work hours with additional benefits. The management is worst and even HR as they take side of management and make you accuse. The coo here is Mr. Durga Prasad Sharma the worst person I have ever meat.
