They are wasting time of the fresher. In 2022 they hires 20 freshers ,after completion of internship period they fire all of them. No job security here freshers also for interns. Seniors are not supportive Salary on late Heavy work load for interns also Worst management, hr is not Co-operative.

Zoxima is a lala company run by Babuji. And there is no policy. They can introduce any new policy from any day. Like few months ago they introduce a policy like Babuji ordered from next day lunch time will be reduced from 1hr to 30min. similarly they introduced for every employee 25% of the salary will be kept as retention bonou. And no can opose it.
