Its open work culture, whoever work with good performance will enjoy benefits as well as growth. company policies are very strict, but no one follow and management allow to break policies only to then who are performer ;) .

Managers expect too much from freshers.

Work Details

I get to work on various platforms and technologies. From routers, switches, firewalls to servers, linux, storage we have multiple technologies to work on. Multitasking and customer handling skills have surely improved over the year
