1. Can learn new things. 2. Company is good for freshers.

Dislikes

1. Partiality between developers and testers by manager i.e Vinod Choudhari 2. No proper process 3. BA/PA are not technically strong and they are not clear about the requirement which they took from clients 4. No proper planning for productions release 5. Everybody overtime work 6. No work from home option. 7. Work from home optionis available only for employees who is very close to manager. 8. Hikes are very less for experienced candidates when compared to juniors 9. Juniors who have experience of 1 year are thinking like they are already experienced after 1 year completion 10. China rules 11. Deductions of rs.500 for every late . 12. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
