Likes

Earlier people were friendly and everyone was treated equally. Now there are groups and petty office politics going on.

Dislikes

The top management is full of gossipers. Managers are only concerned about proving that they are getting more work done out of the subordinates. Some managers even speak rudely to subordinates. Managers should be someone you would want to be like and someone who would support you with your personal or career goals, and that is completely missing here. The tech team sadly has a lot of small minded and toxic people now, and people have forgotten basic courteous behaviour under the influence of arrogant managers....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
