Honestly, there's nothing to be liked if you're joining as a person with low experience

Dislikes

Leadership lacks credibility and skills to hone young talent Leaders barely do "people management" and provide 0 inputs on the long term vision/strategy A gaping hole exists in terms of defining roles and responsibilities of each employee

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
