Only thing I like in zivame that you can learn everything & incentive plan is really good.

Dislikes

Too much politics & the seniors will make your life hell for numbers especially if you are working in North region. I was very happy at bangalore untill I took transfer into North then my life become hell. I am no longer working in zivame & neither I will recommend to anyone to work here especially in North region.

Poor management, have no standards on way to address the concern of customers No guarantee weekoff Senior are boss not leaders Backbeaching in upper management No inventory management Scam with customers is going on as the way they bill, No support from senior whenever required Poor way of communicating with staff No shift timing, stretch if target not achieved Even if getting high salary, don’t go to work in zivame Awfull experience. Don't ever try to join this organisation. They are good for banglore people not for Delhi NCR. Too much pressure on sales, KPI, store hygiene. Your seniors managers won't support you, they are saving there jobs, so they won't kick out form the company. My worst decision to join Zivame. Please girl don't join this organisation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
