Nothing, what could you possibly like in a company where you work 6/7 days a week with an average of 10 hours without any appreciation? Neither the founder nor the team management knows what they want, every day they open a new website show it to the developer, and then ask them to copy it by the end of the day. Everything, workplace work culture, what can I include? everything about this company is crazy they are looking for someone who has no life after work, if you want to be one, kindly join them. also, they are super desperate to hire anyone. The employee retention rate is 4 months, if someone can cross this, hats off.

Working at zithara is like willingly subjecting yourself to a relentless nightmare. The management is a joke, communication is nonexistent, and the office is a bredding ground for texicity and backstabbing. FORGET ABOUT WORK-LIFE BALANCE HERE. You're expected to sacrifice your sanity for the company's bottom line. In short steer clear of zithra unless you have a masochisitc streak.
