Neither the founder nor the team management knows what they want, every day they open a new website show it to the developer, and then ask them to copy it by the end of the day. The employee retention rate is 4 months, if someone can cross this, hats off.

Working at zithara is like willingly subjecting yourself to a relentless nightmare. The management is a joke, communication is nonexistent, and the office is a bredding ground for texicity and backstabbing. FORGET ABOUT WORK-LIFE BALANCE HERE. You're expected to sacrifice your sanity for the company's bottom line. In short steer clear of zithra unless you have a masochisitc streak.
