This company is completely a lala chhap company even this is some sort of bde lala ki dukan. If you are a male in this company so you will have to be ready to bear humiliation, partiality and very bad politics. They can fire you anytime without any notice or anything , no properly policies for anything but a heaven for female employees like Harleen , Deeksha Uniyal ,Shalini Chaddha and her 2-3 sister ( Harleen , Shalini and her 3 sister does nothing but they are getting very huge amount, especially Shalini and Harleen think that they are the baap of this company and both are running it . Harleen is master in politics and back biting and Shalini is master doing nothing for the company but the Owner trust her so much don't know why. This is a company where you can only sustain if you agree with everything happens to you otherwise you will have to go. Also some ganwar people are there in TOP management due to which there is no scope of learning or anything some HOD in the office don't even know to write an email . IF you are male don't go there and if you are female and know how to survive then surely join this organisation.
