They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. This is a very bad company. The operation head here, Deepak Kharbhanda, takes money from the staff. If the money is not paid for that month, he terminates the staff. Then a vacancy is announced. In that too, he takes money and makes the selection. Then he terminates the staff after a few months. This is his business.
