US MNC,have niche environment, good exposure of PAN India,good salary and perks ,work life balance for operations,interesting trainings,helpful reporting head.

Corporate politics,dealer management, last minute order pile up,previous legal head was jerk and arrogant, off role system. Cost cutting when there is no need of that

Company culture is toxic, no one is bothered about fellow colleagues and there is no scope of learning and most important thing is there HR head is very toxic person they always think that you are nothing and they are doing favour by giving you job. I suggest pls don’t join this company.
