No TA DA, less salary not a permanent job and have lot of local issues, heavy work pressure with less benefits, we need to spend our money to the work, we can’t save money for ourselves. Local fellows always ready to beg money, otherwise they create dispute at work place. Lot of journey with your own vehicle only meetings will happen. Yes definitely, zila panchayat office is key agency to implement govt. Scheme. I consider fortune to work with the agency.

I would like to share few comments in this regards - 1. I disliked office's staff behavior. I was giving technical support on behalf unicef. They were discrimination with me. They consider themselves supreme because they are govt. employee. They were always ignore me during the working period. 2. Second things I don't like their unnecessary paper work. Many letters had been issue in a day. Most of time we had spare just prepare letter. But couldn't fallowed in ground....Read More
