Amazing Workplace with focus on Saas products Exposure to backend and cloud technoogies I have been given multiple tasks with developing concepts and problem solving at the base level Training and learning is a big part of my job and my team is also tracked on this Ability to make decisions and calls My manager takes regular feedback from me

Dislikes

Sometime these is too much work and this leads to less time for innovation. I wish we could travel once or two times every few months to head office. At present there are few opportunities to move or shift projects and teams and sometimes I feel like that this may lead to lesser growth. Better SaaS tools should be subscribed to by the organization.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. Pretty much everything is atrocious. Only join if you are friends with senior management. Terrible salary with no benefits. Diwali bonus is Rs. 1000 Amazon gift card. We pay our maid more than that.
