Working culture in ZF is good. Team members are supportive. ZF ITC have provided us Work From Home facility in this Covid-19 lockdown. But now management are planning to call back their employees and ask them to work from base location(Hyderabad) which is not good for everyone. At initial stages they only gave employees permission to go home (in case of emergency) but most of the employees took advantage of this situation and went home. And that time management people didnt validate employees concerns, and blindly gave permission to them. Now those who stayed in Hyderabad like me and my roommates also wants to go our hometown, we want to be with our family in this crisis, but management not giving us permission to leave hyderabad. We have desktops with us and we are ready to take care of hardware (desktop) if anything happens with hardware we'll be responsible for it but still management/HR not allowed us to go our hometown. All other IT companies like TCS, Accenture, Wipro, HCL, Infosys, etc extend WFH facility till 31st Dec as per the government norms but ZF ITC is not giving this facility to all employees. Personally i'm not happy with this decision. We also wants to go home and be with our family. We assure them work wont get hampered but please allow us(employees staying in Hyderabad) to go our hometown....Read More

As per my understanding till now, there is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Most of the time they took decision against employees. They should take a survey and depends on the survey results they should take decisions. Policies varies person to person, like most of the things we dont know because management people doesnt wants their employees knows about it. Division to Divisin appraisal bands also varies. There should be proper band and if anyone is extraordinary then he definately deserve more as compare to others....Read More

The work life is good. Team members are supportive. Only concern is management doesn't address our issues in proper way. Most of the time they wont address our issues in front of higher management or HR people. Hierarchial Management is not good here.

1) A new organisation which has been established in India since 2017 the policies are getting revised and its getting better day by day. 2) Best thing about working in ZF is the work culture and the work life balance they provide. there is no time defind for your work if you are not willing to work in the morning you are flexible to complete your work at night since it is complete up to you.(but this is applicable only when you are working from home) 3) People here are very supportive and they encourage the employees to pursue their interest. 4) Permanent hybrid work culture in which you have to go minimum 2 days in a week to office and rest 3 days work from home....Read More

Dislikes

1) Less Compensation and complex salary structure. 2) No onsite opportunities 3) Lack of diversity among the work force as most of them are locals but it is getting better with time as people from other states are also getting hired hope this will improve in future.

Overall I enjoyed my tenure in ZF as I got to know various technologies in the automotive domain, also had the great exposure of working in a product based company.

HR policy and hr is only for clapping to managers talks. No concerns taken from employees. Work culture is purely service based. Appraisals are never on time in India

Office culture is only politics, deadly environment with no energy. Managers only talk sugar coated and no concerns are taken. Low career growth.

Good to know about technologies. On different modes. Work culture is good. Management is ok . Company policies will not digest those worked in product base companies. For those who worked in service based companies zf gives the good life to them on job security wise also
