Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Don't go there.. Fraud company. Initially, they ask 45k or 53 k for training and they won't give any training and there is no live project and no salary. They are a fraud company created for cheating money from job seekers.. I joined here then last year. And I didn't get any salary for 8 months. Also when joining I given 45000 Only they promises me they will give back after year. Then when I going to give a police complaint ceo Rathish fraud Ramachandran, he is a criminal give me acheque. But I realized it s trap which is the stop payment cheque. So i am one of victims of these fraudsters. So be aware of these cheaters.
