Senior manager is worst because his not interested to work that company and his guidelines is very bed and poor. And no support very irresponsibility. Im only control entire hubli every store without support. And I do my best achievement. My bad luck. Company was kick out my manager so my bed luck my job will b Goan ☹️. True ly this company is good and excellent I love that company thank you

When i joined as fresher, work culture was very welcoming, i got ample time for settled down and learn on my own pace. Each and everyone really helpfull in collaboration.

Dislikes

Too many promotions too early. A person was made Reporting manager just with 3.5 years of experience. He was handling team of 10-12 people out of which some had even more experience than him. Some politics by some managers, management should be aware of this.

culture is highly team dependent, some people without technical experience are running teams which leads to major issues One good thing is the people relation folks, they are one good thing about zestmoney

people without tech experience managing sdes , random deadlines, random planning, random timings please hire proper PMs who are respectful of others, and not rude always Please take feedback on PMs by tech folks seriously, they can make or break a team, one bad PM and whole team will break
