Likes

The work culture is awesome. Our leader is very good, enthusiastic and vigilant person. I have learned a lot from him and just because of him I could succeed in exploring myself too. In lockdown co. paid all employees salary, 100% without any deduction and we have learned a lot during the lockdown also while working from home.

Dislikes

Nothing much to say here. Everything is going fine except salary increment in comparision to increased work-load and dedication. Additionally, I also want to explore myself much more and would like to work in a different industry with different tasks.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
