The overall work environment is pleasant and friendly and I really loved working in Zeqons Digital Pvt. Ltd. Supportive manager and other teammates. The gaming arcade is recently implemented.

Dislikes

Almost fix hike rate every year. No bonus.

It's an amazing job experience. I learnt everything about PPC here. Great exposure of working with overseas clientele.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
