On time salary, work life balance.

Dislikes

Fake promises, Poor growth, No future, Majority of staff is above 50, even many of them retired. there is no future for young talent, high attrition rate.

Work Details

Work life at Zeppelin as QA Engineer: To much traveling to all over India, Saturday working, Zero learning, No further opportunity, No growth.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
