Likes

Management is a great team, accessible to even the new hire. Very good work culture. Job security is more than any other trading firms (like Futures first, Axxela) as here they are willing to bet on you in the long run, sometimes ignoring how you perform in the short term.

Dislikes

Fixed part of compensation is a bit low, but in the long run it shouldn't be a big issue as you would be earning way higher through variable component. It's only an issue initially.

I think the company should change their partner bank as it causes unnecessary delays to process salary.

Work life is good, we get daily mentorship from senior traders, and the company is open for feedbacks thats the best part of working here.
