I like that zensar pays a lot of attention to employee well-being. During the pandemic, I was feeling unsure about our career and health, but Zensar showed so much support to me during the pandemic. I think the Covid-19 wellness programs were good, and I even got my vaccine from the drive organized at the office campus. Work-culture and work-life balance are two pros that I have always appreciated about Zensar. There is an open atmosphere and transparent policies. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
