If you selected for IT then it's awesome, but if your are looking for backend process and and that too night shifts please find other options because no facilities for night shifts also so called HR never shown their presence or even their acknowledgement for night shift. Also no nigh shift allowance no travel allowance. Background verification is never ending process.

Working at Zensar is quite fun. Zensar Technologies salaries is better than marketing standers. Zensar work culture is good for enjoying work. Zensar senior management is helpful and always provides good guidance for any work-related issues. Zensar technologies good project helped me in advancing my career.

No ethics and morals. It's definitely not a company for senior professionals. They will hire senior techies when bidding for projects or projecting capabilities to clients. Once a new project stabilizes, senior professionals would be kicked out and replaced by freshers.

Hire and fire policy makes Zensar really worst company. In terms of appraisal and promotion you have to be very close to managers and one big lot is sitting on top which don't allow you to grow.

Senior technical folks should avoid this company at all cost. They don't have many projects and their bench policy is a joke. So once you are out of project, you better run for your life. Moreover its a pity that their management and HR is involved in "Stealth sackings" and "quite firing". They won't even give you a notice period to find new job.

Zensar is having good exposure in market and also having fortune 500 clients. Salary provided is good. Work life balance is also good.

The bench policy is not good at all. Only 2 to 3 month bench period is there after that we need to search other job.

The best thing about zensar would be the work culture, what I have realised is that not just my team, instead the whole organisation support one's mental health. Everyone is too supportive and I think for freshers it's quite good to start with and for anyone who is looking for stability, this is the best place.
