Cheapest joining kit. Expensive food. Free Cab for few projects only. My project have free Cab A great company can be horrible with a d*ckhead manager. CJ is the same manager. Jolly in outside, cripple inside Proper chhapri, made his gang of spoons. Only allows cabs to them. Doesn't allow for others even when it's free for all employees. Won't reply your pigs/ mails. Zensar Technologies is a very good company. We can maintain work life balance while working here. Salary structure and in-hand salary is quite good. Pune campuse is awesome. Learning and skill development wise also we can explore much. Everything is very good and awesome working experience I have here.

Not enough good projects to move internally. No recognition culture. No wellness allowance of greating culture. My team is the best performing team in the entire account but still... No one in my team got get a single appreciation. We did not get a single team lunch/dinner. Not even any goodies in 5 years.

Most political and unethical company I've ever worked for. Insecure and incompetent higher management will only care about their interest. Bootlickers thrive in this company whereas sincere and honest employees struggle to survive.

Hire and fire policy makes Zensar really worst company. In terms of appraisal and promotion you have to be very close to managers and one big lot is sitting on top which don't allow you to grow.

Senior technical folks should avoid this company at all cost. They don't have many projects and their bench policy is a joke. So once you are out of project, you better run for your life. Moreover its a pity that their management and HR is involved in "Stealth sackings" and "quite firing". They won't even give you a notice period to find new job.

Zensar is having good exposure in market and also having fortune 500 clients. Salary provided is good. Work life balance is also good.

The bench policy is not good at all. Only 2 to 3 month bench period is there after that we need to search other job.
