Never ever join the zensar, total waste of time, they don't have any work culture, I used to work more than 18hr in a day, life was like hell.

Dislikes

No work culture No holidays less job security it totally depends on the projects

Work Details

I was working as DBA and they used to treat like a slave, more then 16hr in a day I have to work.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
