It was wonderful working with Zenify in my life, unfortunately Zenify sold Nestaway. After that all employees moved to Nestaway, all the Zenify employees suffering with Nestaway management. But Zenify is a hope, Zenify is a university to words learning.

It's a startup which is unorganized and worst managed.they hired a very good operations team but we're not interested to work professionally. They kicked off there best performers by saying company could not afford them further.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
