It feels really great and satisfied at the same time. The work culture is really amazing, everybody treat each other as equal as a family. Management is always there to support and they keep a check too if they can enhance the process by anything to make work culture more satisfied with of course providing different opportunities and benefits. Though we work on remote basis but they never fail to entertain the team by organizing activities over the video call.
