Everything looks nice in d begining. .but later u will realise wt big mistake u hv done after joining here ..don't even deserve a single star but no option...🤷🤷

Terrible experience working over there.. 1) No facilities for staffs being provided ..there is no place for sitting for having a small meal .we have to sit near d toilet area for eating stuffs...plus they will promise u lot of things before you r joining there...n later on you will realise how they betray you using their own policies...they will promise medical benifits to u ..but actually if u falling sick they will ask to pay first n den they will start d treatment for their own staffs .. 2) No payment for extra duties is being provided ...rather they will ask u for combo off .. 3) no staff patient ratio is being followed.. in ICU u hv to manage more Dan 3 patients who are teminally Ill. 4) duty list will be available at night time around 10 o clock...n u will realise ur duty is not eve but actually it's morning....such a pathetic duty roaster set up..no monthly or weekly duty rotation is provide ...so u can't plan ur holidays anytime.... 5) doctors have no respects for staffs ..they will abuse d nursing staffs sometimes ..n if u r pointing their mistakes then u should pack ur bags n resign from there ..it's there so called policy. 6)Too much of workload n seniority is there ..they will support only d nsg staffs from Kerala region.. n maharashtrian staffs are treated horribly inside d icu..... So whoever is reading dis review...please if u have other options u should go for d other hospitals in Mumbai rather dan joining dis hospital...where u have to loose your self respect n dignity 🙏🙏🙏...Read More
