Zelan was my first company in construction. Not much experience in construction. Before this i was in the Navy in 13 years. Last psn is as Sergeant. In Navy i specialized in Communication. I wanted to share my experience n my knowledge to company I want to represent. Overall at Zelan was values experience in my first experience in construction field. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
