Rest all will make us Rest In Peace. Especially, a terrible bossy attitude from the hierarchies.. They Not even give you a single space to work in your own style. They will tease you, scold you, harras you in front of everyone. You won't get a single sec to explain from your side. What they have and fixed in their mind will come from their mouth and you must listen them without uttering a single word. I've heard about micro management, but here they were doing Nano-Management.
