Good inspiring team. Supportive team. Good work environment.

Dislikes

Self motivation is a must to thrive in the company. Lack of knowledge from the team head leading to poor decision making and poor system management. Non-supportive team head. Egoistic department heads. Lack of communication and coordination. Poor production planning and material management.

Work Details

Interesting job role. Provided me an opportunity to work in different departments. Lack of knowledge from the reporting head made it tough initially, but I found my way through the hurdles to sort the production issues and smoothen the process

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
