Zebra crossing company is an absolute nightmare of a workplace. There is no job security, and the management, from the boss to the senior team members are very rude and unempathetic. When the company faced financial difficulties the boss didn't even came and discussed the scenario with the team/employees but was absconded for specific duration..!!!! and instead they offered termination letter which was pathetic. Inshort when company faced the financial difficulties "loss of business", instead of offering theirs employees a fair transition period, they callously terminated us without notice, despite specifying a last working day. Even worse, they had the audacity to state "we accept your resignation" on our relieving letters. The so called HR is so annoying that she don't even know what does the Payslip even mean. No proper company structure and rules they have..! This company is a fake and manipulative operation. The Founder seems to have no clue about the projects or how even an agency functions..!The work environment because of this guy is so toxic that we all employees have unity and i you can imagine a scenario that none of the employee is even wishing that guy whenever he is even on floor..!! Utter Cheap mindset..! He clearly play along with one employee's well being and mental health..!!! So the best case i can give is, he terminated 4 of us and looking at that the whole office has now put up an resignation. This speaks the volume about the company's despicable practices..!! Its actually a place where your professional and personal wellbeing is at risk. He just exploited us, we were staying 1 OR 2 hours away from the company's location , Firstly he promised of paying the Overtime, Later on last working day when we asked Hr about it, that lady was completely denying it saying you are at benefit we don't cut your late marks and we all guarantee that apart of staying that far we used to be in office by 9:40/45 max (office use to start at 10 eventually) Speaking about The boss, he has literally no guts to face his employees nor even confidence to speak with us everything he has his so called personal assistant who is eventually much better a bit and unnecessarily he has to become the villain in the whole scenario. Because the boss has no words to speak along and he just speak up to this "assistant" and that guy use to speak up and resolve our issues...!!!
