My department deals with the education system under right to education act 2009 and provides govt aid to schools for universalize primary education. I am also the part of the team for implementation of Right to education act in schools.

Work pressure is very high in govt sector and my promotion channel is not good in the department .

Vigilance department have capacity to assisst Govt reg corruption,mining,allotment of industry plot to right people,fare recruitment,Gst matters,grab lands.All these cases were investigated by me successfully.

It is very unique experience that a govt. Institute provides. I taught a lot and learned a lot. I could manage things with stick and carrot policy. Overall this was a tumultuous experience.
