Likes

Good environment friendly, having more scope to learn and handle lots off new things, marvolous Machining setup, politics Speacality, New parts are develope very positively. Salary is on time, job security is assured, training sessions are conducted, Energetic CEO.

Dislikes

Salary growth not satisfactory and job shift time is more 10 hrs.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
