I am a developer at Zazz. The thing that actually surprised me here is, they always trust the potential of their employees which most of the companies don't do. They trust our abilities which is what encourages me to give my best. They gives us chances to learn and unlearn helping us do better every time.

Choose your work hours or work from home on manager approval. Company need to review some of its policies and they are way better now and improving. They need to ensure work life balance during project despite the pressure the whole experience is worthwhile and rewarding for hard work.

Zazz offers competitive salary packacges compared to outside companies, now they expect you to work for that offer as well but it's a good thing as you feel valued by their decisions of giving you appropriate salary

Some employee benefits are missing like transport facilities, weekly food coupons etc which is expected in todays era!

The company's environment is worse, they treat their employees as machines and labor. You have to work on multiple projects individually without any help of senior developers. Every day they have deliveries and their client is always unhappy with your work. If we are giving our best still you'll be blamed for your work and not appreciated. They want you to work day/night and still, you won't get any extra money. They'll even force you to work on weekends and there is no work-life balance. The managers and project coordinators keep on bugging you every minute and keep asking for updates on the project. If you need any kind of help in development or any discussion they'll push you to resolve it on your end and no one is going to help you. If the company has no projects they'll fire you right away without giving any prior notice. I'll recommend you guys not to join this toxic company either you do labor work or you join this company it's the same thing."...Read More

Working at Zazz provided me the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that pushed the boundaries of tech. The company enabled me to have flexible work timings and I was allowed to work on my basis as long as the project wasn't being effected.

Dislikes

Although there was numerous learning oppurtunities, a more structured development plan for employees to develop in their career would be much appreciated by all employees as this is currently lacking
