CA was Supportive, and this is the only one good thing.

Dislikes

There's a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Worst HR assistant Mrs. Sasmita and her own made Worst HR Policy, she doesn't know how to talk with the employees, she is really stupid. Every month salary deducted by them without proper reason. Harassment by senior manager and reported it to the owner and theseniors but no conclusion. Nobody cares whether u are harassed or anything bad with u just because of that person is very senior employee. Overall worst experience with that dirty politicians....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
