More than four years I'm working with zapare Technologies. Iam very happy to be a part of this family. Very Friendly colleagues and such a nice working atmosphere here. Zapare is a growing company which gives a lot of opportunity for the employees to grow their career.

Sometimes we can't balance the work and our personal life. Iam not satisfied with that. we have to spend most of the time in the office.

I have been very happy here for 5 years, and there is only one reason for it my Managing Director and CEO. Their support and and guidance have been solely responsible for my growth and strength.

The best working atmosphere! never felt that pressure on my head while working. The organization throws lots of opportunities at you to grow your career, it's up to you whether you catch them or not. Also, the hierarchy of power never felt like a barrier to communication. More than that, I personally feel that I am surrounded by people who care for me.

Overall Working Environment is good and new infrastructure facilities available and colleagues are more supportive these are the things i like the most.

Dislikes

No proper shift time and working time is hectic so we do not have get any time spend with family. Including Saturdays also working so we don't have any other entertainment in outside.

Keeping a close relationship with all the employees is not good for the management. Also, the employees cannot handle or enter the office premises with their personnel bag.
