My first joining in industry name zamil air conditioner and I have spend 10 years as hr executive in this company .I have learn so many things from my boss and other staff members . I learn every aspects related hr and admin and iam totally satisfied my area of job and I have give my full support to my job responsibility and none was have problem with my work and way of work

There was nothing dislike and every one employee of zamil were hard worker and always stand ready for every person help and support to each other

Time office payroll selection and recruitment manpower arrangement handling grievance statutory compliance and preparation all returns

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Encouraging skilled workers & giving training to upgrade skills.

Salary range is less as compared to market.

All Team Member are very cooperative, good culture, I get opportunity to work with Big 4 auditor PWC, learn lot of new things here

Dislikes

compensation & other facilities are not well, lack in inter department co-ordination need to improve
