working at zain telecommunication was good for me and i really enjoyed talking to people in multilingual .

i disliked that there was no rotational shifts .

i worked at Zain LTD Sudan for customer service firm as a call center agent .in inbound & outbound calls we make planing as well as promotion

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
