It's a fantastic company to learn the things like product and banking domain knowledge. Work environment is friendly as required , as demand based may need to serve more hours, but that will be extra benefits too. appraisal process is good but they normal take long time to process and finally will get effect from April onward. work from home also available

Dislikes

Not experienced but hearing from old colleagues, nowadays lots of Layoffs due to cost cutting process.

Work Details

i played many roles during my tenure. started with developer, implementation consultant, onsite support, production support, Live build support,scrum member and ended with Scrum master.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
