Work till I die attitude.They will not tell you that u have to do full night support. But after joining they will ask u to do that . U have kill your self to do that..horrible. u have to sacrifice your health to do that. Indian clients will treat you like dogs.

You are very lucky if you find a good team and manager. Otherwise, I did not like anything. Terrible company to work for.

Company has no vision and mission. Doesn't care about team, employees and people. Does binge hiring and then binge firing. No planning or strategy in place. Extremely terrible and horrible culture.

Work is mostly monotonous. No career growth or learning opportunities. Company has no planning, only high profile talks and dreams. Good work is never appreciated, but if one issue is not fixed, then you'll get emails from all above the hierarchy.
