we can get good knowledge and skills. very supportive floor staff. Main Company rules and policies are good.

Internal politics and if we work hard, then good name from client they add manager name in mail. If you get any issue instead of support they blame and share to all other sites. some managers will target some employees and give more work pressure. some time we need work more then work hours forcefully. carrier growth, appraisal, Salary hikes are very low.
