YUPPTV is an IP based Indian channels service provider I loved about the part of technical support and the process management is good and reliable in the market for the past 8 years and more to be genuine that it's a good concern to improve the technical and also personal development of an individual along with the organization. Finally it's a good company to work.

Dislikes

I dislike about the response from the HR team that we don't even have an HR team in Chennai. Our main office is an Hyderabad based but if we have any issue or any query we are not getting proper response from the team. If we have requested an out issue to them in mail we will get the response after a week if in case of urgency we have won't get the proper response from them this team I dislike about in my organization...Read More

Work Details

Need to handle the team and need to resolve the customers issue in both technical and non technical queries in call and need to escalate it to the back end team if we don't get the resolution.
