Yuken India limited is a large assembly system of hydrolic components. I worked in a one of the sub branch of yuken India ltd that is foundry division. In that I like the most is neatness and employment supporting.

Qualification is not a criteria for many of the senior positions. Trying to work in line with MNC's. Flexibility to work from home for a fortnight during difficulty at home

Dislikes

Pressure due to culture of the organisation, long way to adopt global culture. Professional maturity is very low. Very good allowance while travelling, better than global companies. Better to arrange food from home.
