Likes

Yugantar Public School is the one of the reputed residential school in chhattisgarh. The managing committee of YPS is good not best. Policies are good, good work environment and culture.

Dislikes

The Management should have to improve the leave policy and salary area.

Yugantar helps a fresher to develop their skills by giving them opportunities to excel in their respective field. Also the staff and management is very supportive.

Dislikes

Salary is quite decent but increment is definetly a matter of serious concern. Your work will be appreciated but will not be reflected in your growth in company as employee.

Work Details

I joined here as a fresher in Cbse setup. Although it was dufficult in the beginning but also got opportunities to learn and excel as a teacher. I am also given multiple tasks along with the exam department that added to my profile.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
