1. Will get a chance to work with the latest technology of database. 2. There are really good numbers of intelligent guys from whom you can learn a lot.

1. Arrogant managers who don't know basic management principles, Never satisfy and believe in the team. 2. Managers do scold in front of teams and always compare with others. 3. Always rush for a quick fix without considering the quality. 4. Even though the person has zero knowledge of database internals, people consider him a database expert, which really makes me surprise. 5. Hire and fire org. Forget about the appraisals, feb and aug is appraisal cycle. Jan and July is firing months ( You should get what I am saying ). Culture has attitude issue ( after unicorn valuation that's my view)

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
