Hire and fire org. Forget about the appraisals, feb and aug is appraisal cycle. Jan and July is firing months ( You should get what I am saying ). Culture has attitude issue ( after unicorn valuation that's my view)

Interesting Technology: YB's technology is innovative and promising in the field of distributed databases. It was exciting to work with such cutting-edge solutions. Talented Colleagues: I had the opp to work with some talented and knowledgably colleagues who were passionate about the product.

Unforeseen Layoffs: Unfortunately, my experience took a negative turn when i was unexpectedly laid off. The lack of communication and transparency surrounding the layoff process was disappointing and left me feeling undervalued as an employee. Lack of resources: During my time at the company, there were instances where we felt shortstaffed and lacked resources to effectively execute on projects. This often lead to increased stress and workload. Communication challenges: There were instances where important info was not effectively communicated to the team, leading to confusions and delays in our work.
